Currently under development. With some of the most astonishing water views in Auckland, the clients wanted a major renovation to replace the current 60’s clifftop house in a very high wind zone, while retaining the building footprint and aspect. The brief was ‘an ultra modern glass house’, complete with self contained, 2 story New York style loft.This is a logistically and weather challenging (and exciting) project!
