With some of the most astonishing water views in Auckland, the clients wanted a major renovation to replace the 60’s cliff top house in a very high wind zone, while retaining the building footprint and aspect. The brief was a modern ‘glass house’, with a complete gym, sauna, games room and self contained, 2 story New York style loft. The result was an extraordinary luxury home built to handle the challenging conditions.
