The very dated 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment had been used as a rental for years. The new owners wanted it as their city getaway, enjoying the harbour views and action of the city. Their brief was that the space had to feel like an expensive hotel suite.
A complete renovation was required - from new kitchen, to complete new bathroom design, new lighting, flooring, wardrobes, blinds and drapes. Working with the Body Corporate, on site hotel management and the client, the project was completed within the very tight time frame and within budget.
