The client had a very large, beautifully maintained 20 year old home on a 10 acre estate. After struggling to sell the property, they decided to update all 5 bathrooms, the large laundry, lighting, change the carpet and wood flooring, change the formal dining into a family media room, amend the kitchen and replace the furniture. We were able to complete the entire project within their time frame and within their budget. The property had an offer before the renovation was complete which exceeded what the clients were told they would get for the property.
